It’s National RD Day and we’re celebrating with this tasty, healthy, Greek-inspired pizza recipe developed by one of our fave RDs!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp banana peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 oz pasture-raised sausage, cooked
  • italian seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust from freezer and place on pizza stone.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly across CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Crust. Layer with cheese followed by all remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake for 13-16 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately!
