There's a hummus among us. This Mediterranean Pizza is a perfect easy hors d'oeuvre for parties, casual gatherings, or healthy after snacks. We topped ours with roasted cauliflower - for easy access, keep a supply of your favorite roasted veggies in your fridge!

Gluten-Free Paleo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup roasted cauliflower

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Remove your Paleo CAULIPOWER pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  3. Spread hummus evenly over crust.
  4. Top with cherry tomatoes, red onions, and roasted cauliflower.
  5. Remove from oven, slice and serve.
