Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite kind)
  • 2 Tbsp oil (vegetable or canola)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer and cook for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway for optimal crispy texture.
  3. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from oven and slice lengthwise.
  4. Remove CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas from the pack and place in the center of a skillet.
  5. Heat on High for 30 seconds, or until defrosted.
  6. Add chicken, cheese, onion, cilantro, and BBQ sauce to a mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add more BBQ if needed, to taste.
  7. Layer tortillas with 1/2 cup of the mixture. Starting at the end, roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides like a burrito. 
  8. Preheat a large skillet with oil, and place the wraps seam side down.
  9. Turn the wraps every minute or two until they are golden and crispy on all sides.
  10. Serve immediately.
