1 1/2 tablespoons water to thin (or more if almond butter is particularly thick)
4-5 sliced strawberries
1/3 cup blueberries
1 sliced kiwi
handful dairy-free or dark chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 425° then place the CAULIPOWER crust directly on oven rack and bake for 12-15 mins.
Meanwhile, mix the almond butter, coconut milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and water until well combined and creamy. Add more water, if necessary.
Once crust is baked and cooled, spread the almond butter evenly then arrange the fruit as desired. Add chocolate chips and unsweetened coconut flakes in the center or all over the pizza and serve!
