Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
- Mashed sweet potatoes
- Mini marshmallows
- Chopped pecans
- Cinnamon
Directions
- 1. Cut defrosted Base Crust into rounded circles.
- 2. Drizzle or spray crust rounds with coconut oil (or any oil of your choosing) and top with cinnamon.
- 3. Bake crust rounds until crispy (follow package instructions).
- 4. Top each round with a spoonful of mashed sweet potatoes and a few mini marshmallows.
- 5. Return to oven to roast marshmallows at 450 for 5 minutes until golden brown (be sure to watch them closely).
- 6. Top with chopped pecans, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and enjoy!
