Ingredients

  • 3 2 Cauliflower Crusts
  • balsamic reduction
  • figs
  • coconut flakes
  • orange zest
  • coconut oil
  • cinnamon
  • pistachios
  • dried cranberries
  • goat cheese
  • fennel
  • pomegranate seeds
  • pine nuts
  • red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Using your favorite cookie cutters, cut out shapes into each frozen CAULIPOWER Pizza Crust. We chose stars, gingerbread people, and wreath circles! 
  3. Place the pizza cookie cut outs onto parchment lined baking sheets and add your favorite toppings to each cookie. For the wreaths we used pine nuts, goat cheese, pomegranate seeds, fennel bulbs, and red pepper flakes. For the stars we topped with balsamic reduction, figs, orange zest, and coconut flakes. For the gingerbread people we used coconut oil, ground cinnamon, pistachios, and dried cranberries. 
  4. Bake pizza cookies in oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. 
  5. Remove from oven and let cool. 
  6. Add any final toppings (we added fresh arugula and fennel leaves to the wreath, fresh mint to the stars, and a drizzle of honey to the gingerbread cookies. 
  7. Enjoy!
