Ingredients

  • 4 pieces romaine lettuce, washed & dried
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 pickle, sliced lengthwise
  • red onion, pickled
  • tomato, sliced
  • chipotle lime mayo

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders from freezer and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Lay romaine lettuce flat and layer with provolone cheese, cooked CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders, avocado, pickles, pickled red onion, and tomato.
  3. Drizzle chipotle lime mayo on top. Wrap lettuce wrap up, cut in half, and enjoy!
