Caprese Chicken Tenders

Nothing screams summer like a caprese salad, and we've taken it up a notch by topping it on CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders!
Ingredients
- 3-6 mozzarella slices
- 1 pint diced cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh basil, for garnish
- balsamic reduction, for drizzling
Cooking Instructions
- Cook CAULIPOWER Chicken Tenders in the air fryer according to package instructions.
- Add mozzarella cheese just before chicken is done cooking to melt.
- While chicken is cooking, add tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and seasonings to a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Place chicken on a serving platter. Top with the tomato mixture.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction over top.
