The night before, place a head of cabbage in the freezer. The next day, remove it 1 hour before assembling.
Peel off cabbage leaves. Place a chicken bite in the leaf and carefully roll up the cabbage. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Sear cabbage rolls for 2 minutes before adding 3 tbsp of water and covering with a lid. Steam for 8 minutes or until heated through.
