Bagel & Lox Pizza

Swap your favorite brunch bagel for our Plain Crust, and you have a delicious, gluten-free version of a deli staple!

Ingredients

  • 1 2 Cauliflower Crusts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 4 oz lox or smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • red onion, thinly sliced, to taste
  • fresh dill, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Layer CAULIPOWER Plain Crust with olive oil and everything bagel seasoning, and bake according to package instructions.
  3. Remove from oven and spread cream cheese over baked crust. Add chopped dill, lox, red onion, and capers. Using a cook cutter, cut out a circle in the middle to make it a bagel shape, and enjoy!
