Ingredients

  • 2 cups spring mix
  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato, cubed
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • dressing of choice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken Tenders according to package instructions.
  2. While tenders cook, assemble your salad. When they are done cooking, chop them up.
  3. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
