Your Go-To Guide To Perfectly-Cooked CAULIPOWER Pizza

Getting Started:

Keep your pizza tucked away in the freezer until right before you're ready to cook. Thawed pizzas will get soggy, but when cooked from frozen, CAULIPOWER is a guaranteed success!

Perfect Ways To Heat

Become a CAULIPOWER pizza pro. Here are the Dos, Don'ts, and visual queues to knowing when your CAULIPOWER is perfectly cooked.

  • DO
    • Preheat the oven to 425°F or gas grill to medium for a few minutes to stabilize the temperature.
    • Heat your CAULIPOWER directly on the oven rack or grill grate for 13-15 mins.
    • Add toppings to require cooking before the pizza goes in.
    • Add fresh and delicate toppings (i.e. basil, grated parm, anchovies, arugula) immediately after taking the pizza out.
  • DON'T
    • Cook the pizza on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
    • Allow the pizza to thaw before cooking.
    • Cook the pizza at a significantly higher or lower temperature than recommended.

To make it easy, here's your DONENESS CHECKLIST:

☑️ Thoroughly melted, gooey, golden-brown cheese
☑️ Crispy, flaky crust

For Personal Pizza Preferences:

If you like your pizza gooey and a little soft, cook at a slightly higher temperature for 1-2 minutes less. For picture-perfect, golden-brown cheese, cook according to package directions, using your eyes to check for your ideal bubbliness. If you go for an extra-crispy pie, cook at the recommended temperature, but leave it in for an extra 1-3 mins., again, checking with your eyes for your own personal perfection.

And if you want to get it right with leftovers, our reheat guide is all you need to revive day-old pie.

Voila! You're a frozen pizza expert.
