Outside Lands Loves to Veg Out!

Festivals are basically food meccas. You can't run from one stage to the other without stopping to salivate over the myriad options along the way. From corn dogs to funnel cakes, the options aren't all that healthy. But things are improving - cue CAULIPOWER! We served up our signature slices backstage to keep the crew, musicians, and all the other behind the scenes rock stars full of cauliflower goodness, including added protein, fiber, and vitamins, but less calories, fat, sodium, and sugar. A great balance for staying energized all day - but allowing a little room to indulge at night!

What better way to see Janet Jackson, then after a pizza party just like the ones you used to have that involved snap bracelets and belting "What Have You Done For Me Lately" with your mouth full. We had so much fun, and we had so many special guests stop by, that we just had to share with all of you. All around lifestyle Renaissance woman, Jennifer Henry-Novich, especially loved satisfying her pizza craving with something naturally gluten-free!
