Introducing Tantalizing Tortillas: Your New Caul-inary Blank Slate

When CAULIPOWER first came to fruition, the goal was simple: revolutionize one of the world's all-time favorite comfort foods by making it healthier and easier (but just as tasty!) for busy families across the country. Needless to say, it didn't take long to realize that there were other classic favorites out there just waiting to be meal-hacked. And so, we got to work on another veggie-forward solution that would be feasible for real people and real life (and, while we were at it, launched a new mother brand as a platform for vegetable-based meal hacking, Vegolutionary Foods.) Gluten-free, vegan, high fiber, and packed with healthy vitamins and micronutrients, Vegolutionary Foods' Sweet PotaTOASTS hit the shelves this winter, and we couldn't be happier with the enthusiastic reaction.

Since the real food revolution is showing no signs of slowing down, we thought it was just about that time again to provide folks with another nutritious caul-inary blank slate to create their favorite foods –– with the same great taste our pizzas are famous for, the generous health benefits of cauliflower, and the time-saving benefit all of us so desperately need.

Just like pizza, tortillas are beloved and super versatile. It was a natural fit for us to create a better-for-you-option (and we have a feeling you're going to love them). Our all-new tortillas are the gluten-free solution to quesadillas, burritos, tacos, wraps, and more –– with fewer calories, less fat, more fiber, and vitamin C. Both our Original Cauliflower Tortilla and Grain Free Cauliflower Tortilla are wheat and dairy-free, vegan, Non-GMO, and preservative-free. Grain Free Cauliflower Tortilla features chickpea flour with 7 grams of protein and only 8 net carbs per tortilla. And as with all CAULIPOWER products –– yep, you guessed it –– cauliflower is the first ingredient.
