Our take on the classic Margherita pizza. Freshly diced vine-ripened tomatoes atop a generous helping of mozzarella cheese, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and spices combine to make Margherita pizza perfection. All on a cauliflower-based crust!

Crust: Cauliflower, Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Water, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sunflower Oil, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Baking Powder, Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Yeast, Vinegar, Salt. Sauce: Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt, Dehydrated Oregano. Toppings: Tomatoes, Blend of Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Basil.

Contains: Egg, Milk.

  1. Preheat oven to 220° C (425°F)
  2. Remove pizza from box, overwrap & cardboard
  3. Cook pizza directly on the middle rack in the center of the oven
  4. Cook for 13 - 16 minutes in a conventional oven

Cook until the cheese is golden brown and the crust is crispy. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time & oven temperature as necessary.
